- Neuromuscular Massage Therapy to alleviate chronic pain and correct postural dysfunctions
- Myofascial Therapy to restore optimum muscle function
- Swedish Massage for deep relaxation and wellness
- Medi-Cupping to relieve deep muscular pain, reduce scar tissue and adhesions, and improve lymphatic drainage.
- Reiki energy healing therapy to promote deep relaxation, reduce stress and anxiety, and relieve pain.
Rates:
60-Minute Therapeutic Massage or Reiki $90
90-Minute Therapeutic Massage or Reiki $130

Please note: Sales Tax can be waived if you bring in a prescription from a doctor, chiropractor or other medical provider that states "Massage Therapy is medically necessary" for you. Prescriptions do not need a diagnosis and can be made out for the full calendar year.

I am passionate about the welfare of my clients; I am passionate about my chosen profession; I am passionate about health.
I began my massage therapy journey in 2007 after graduating from the Louisville School of Massage. With almost 20 years of experience, serving Louisville and Oldham County and surrounding counties, I am skilled in techniques that assist my clients in improving their quality of life through pain management and relief.
I perform therapeutic massage with a loving touch. I listen! After a thorough assessment/evaluation, each massage session is tailored to meet the needs of each client using the application of specific protocols and the physician’s diagnosis, if any. All of my sessions are outcome-based, meaning that the goal of relief and restoration is always my top priority. Client trust and loyalty are the result.

I am located at 8143 New LaGrange Road in Lyndon, KY. Our office has direct access from the parking lot and is wheelchair accessible.
Cancellation Policy: In the event you have to cancel an appointment, please allow at least a 24-hour notice. This will enable someone else to take your slot. If you can’t provide 24 hours, please note that you may be charged for your session.
